WHAT IS IT?

It is custom fitted jewelry without a clasp that is welded together with a flash so it stays on until you're ready to remove it.
Every bracelet, anklet, ring or necklace created is completely customized to fit you properly, making it the most comfortable jewelry you have ever worn!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO REMOVE THE JEWELRY?
You can simply cut the chain at the jump ring with small scissors or wire cutters and save it to be welded back on at a later date.

If you are more comfortable coming in, we can always remove the jewelry for you.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Use Dawn Dish Soap and a soft toothbrush to scrub between the links.

WILL THE JEWELRY CHANGE COLOUR?
The gold that we use is gold filled which means it is over 100x thicker than gold plated so it won't turn your skin green.
Our silver is .925 sterling silver, which can temporarily tarnish under certain conditions such as natural hot springs, chlorine, sulfur, beach and other strong chemicals. A silver cleaning wipe will take it right off as well as baking soda and a soft toothbrush.

WHAT IF I NEED TO REMOVE THE JEWELRY FOR A SURGERY OR MRI?

Cut the jump ring with scissors or wire cutters or come in and we can remove it for you. Save your jewelry and we will re-weld when you're able to.

WHAT IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS?
​
We ensure the welded jewelry is secure before you exit your appointment. This pieces are designed to last but they are not unbreakable. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry or it comes off for any reason, you're welcome to book in for a repair appointment to rework it. All reworked jewelry is subject to a service fee for small repairs.
If your jewelry is not in its original form and has been neglected, a new piece will need to be purchased. If the chain is cut on the chain and not the jump ring, we cannot make the chain longer in length so a new chain will have to be purchased. We are not responsible for any misplaced, broken or lost jewelry.
This jewelry is durable but not indestructible.
DOES IT HURT? IS IT SAFE?

Doesn't hurt at all and is completely safe! No heat or spark touches or gets close to the skin.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Average 10 to 20 minutes per client.
Please allow for more time if more than one piece is being applied at the appointment.

WILL IT SET OFF AIRPORT METAL DETECTORS?
No, our jewelry is so dainty that it won't trigger the alarm.
